Quality Assurance Plan
We
follow a stringent quality assurance plan in the production process.
The plan includes various tests and checks at different stages to
ascertain highest standards of product quality. First of all, the welded
shafts undergo radiographic test and are dynamically balanced. The
experts conduct ultrasonic test on all the materials before and
lubricated properly all the products depending on customers' demand and
application requirements. Then the products are painted to provide
complete protection shield.
Beginning from design development
till the painting, each production stage is supervised and verified in
order to ensure excellent quality products. We make sure that universal
shafts manufactured by us must meet all the industrial quality
parameters.
